Born in Samsun, a coastal city overlooking the Black Sea in Anatolia, Jasmine was fortunate to have a mother highly skilled in the kitchen, who passed all her knowledge down to her. In Anatolia, nearly every home’s kitchen is like a culinary school.

As the world shifts from fast-food consumption toward healthier eating habits, a trend of returning to traditional Mediterranean cuisine has emerged. Jasmine’s love for cooking expanded to include the flavors of the Mediterranean and Aegean regions, creating a culinary treasure that encompasses all of Turkish cuisine and is greatly appreciated by her friends.

Jasmine finally found the opportunity to realize her greatest dream: to introduce Anatolian cuisine to the world. She decided to bring this cultural heritage to Miami, offering it for everyone to enjoy.
